Nashville. and Beyond.

Many people have been talking about The Killers’ new album Battle Born (released Sept. 18th, 2012) which, I will admit, is very good. I want to talk about two other albums in conjunction with The Killers though: Imagine Dragons’ album Night Visions (released Sept. 4th, 2012) and Two Door Cinema Club’s Beacon ( released Sept 3rd, 2012).

To date, this is The Killers’ fourth studio album,  Two Door Cinema Club’s second studio album, and Imagine Dragons’ first studio album. 

A few nights ago, I ended up listening to all three albums in succession. By the time I got to the third album, it occurred to me how similar these three bands really are.

Now, if you’re a huge fan of one of these three bands and loyally think your particular group is the best thing since sliced bread, don’t get defensive! Hear me…
